Our development team works with our customers to identify a need in the accessories market. A timeline is then established for industrial design, engineering, prototyping, tooling, manufacturing, packaging design and introduction to the marketplace. Industrial Design.

The aesthetics and usability of our products are defined and improved for marketability and production. The goal of our industrial design staff is to create and execute design solutions toward problems of engineering, usability, marketing, brand development and sales.

Engineering Design.

Next, our engineering staff interprets the Industrial Design concept and resolves the form into a manufacturable product, balancing cost, process, assembly, packaging and marketability. Our engineers work with Pro/Engineer 3D modeling software allowing a streamlined and repeatable process through rapid prototyping, functional and form models, and the fabrication of production tooling and fixturing.

Tooling Fabrication.

We offer a broad range of tooling capabilities including rotational molds, injection molds, blow molds and extrusion dies. We also offer fixturing for cooling, foaming and assembly.

Manufacturing and Assembly.

Premier Manufactured Products offers a broad range of manufacturing capabilities from rotational molding, injection molding, blow molding, final assembly and packaging.
